We have DNN 4.5.1 running and have just tried to install the new Report  Version 4.5.2 without success. The installed failed with a 4.5.0 SQL Provider error.  We attempted to re-install the new module and decided to uninstall the earlier report module version.  The uninstall failed and the portal is now unresponsive.  Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Not able to obtain screen prints.   The application fails to restart.  I have access to the database and have included the Eventlogs recorded during the last attempt to Start the application.

I have noticed the 4.5.0 Sql Data Provider was failing due to an error duplicate key violation
