I'm curious if I could use the Reports module (old or new) to generate a list of all the pages in the site and their download size (or at least their image size in KB), then sort them in decending order?

Back in the day even FrontPage and Dreamweaver had a "Slow Pages" report, but with DNN, I haven't seen any tool that can do more than report on a single page's size (e.g., using IE/FireFox Developer Toolbar, http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/page-size/ or something similar). Maybe Google Webmaster tools woudl allow this.

Better yet, would be to have a standard set of cool tools for DNN to allow designers & admins to do this kind of functionality dynamically. Make sense? Am I missing some other obvious way to do this - aside from putting some money down at Snowcovered or the DNN Marketplace? I've not seen a source for sample reports aside from the few nice examples in this forum. (I've looked for some doc on the modules in the Install package to no avail, aside from the Installing Extensions.txt file in the source package).

Thanks for any pointers here & THANKS for updating this nice module!

AFAIK, DNN does not track the size of each page in the site log (which would be the most appropriate place for that data IMO). Aside from getting that data, it's quite easy to get a list of pages (SELECT * FROM {oQ}Tabs). You'd just need to find a tool that would track page size and put it in the database.

I'd suggest posing this question in one of the core forums (perhaps "Extend It!"). The actual calculation and tracking of page size would have to be done by something other than the Reports module, but once that data is in the DB, Reports could absolutely be used to display it as you described.

As mentioned above this information isn't calculated by DNN.

I would personally almost look for an external crawler tool that would request each page and calculate its size at that point.  http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/ is a great tool, and it would be possible to create a tool that would go out and use it to get the sizes of all pages...
