Look under:

   ADMIN -> SITE LOG

You have your choice of several ready-to-use reports including "Popular Pages" (i.e., page hits), "Page Views By Day / Week / Month", etc.

You'll have to have your Site Log feature enabled (HOST SETTINGS) and the Site Log History setting set to however many days you wish to retain data.  For instance, if you want to be able to generate reports on data spanning the past year you'll need to keep 365 days' worth of data.  If you want to compare year-over-year then you'll need to keep 365 x 2 = 730 days' worth of data.

If you are using DNN 5.1, support for Google Analytics is built-in. Sign-up for a free GA account and enter the tracking code into Admin > Google Analytics. You can then gather detailed metrics about your site usage and visitors.

Pleae be aware, that using Google Analytics require notification of the users in some countries (especially in the EU) due to tracking information being stored outside the company and country and may be combined with other statistics about the user, which might affect privacy.
