Hey all Indians,

i know we are too few on DNN to be further categorized by cities... but still, no harm asking :)

so are there people from Bhopal or Indore working on DNN?? lets 'group-up'.

Honestly ..... i would like to invite everyone in India working on DNN, so that we can talk abt DNN in context of Indian IT scenario. And for the same reason i would be interested in joining other Indian user groups.... Bangalore / Hyderabad probably would be having some critical mass :)

Cheers.

Raghu

Its a rare sight... . I am otherwise used-to seeing people forming bee-lines for anything and everything in India : )

Well, - not being too happy about it - but it seems that there really too few Indians active on DNN to group up. Hey that doesn't mean i am giving up on this thread :)

Anyways, i seriously believe that as the user base of DNN grows in India and as more and more community projects get done with DNN, it will form a real test-bed for DNN in atleast one aspect - Localization & unicode support. After all we have 21 (thats right twenty-one) official languages here!

There are more than 1,700 registered users from India on this site. My suggestion is to get a user group going and see if you can get them to participate. You can probably organize a web chat and announce it in the next DotNetNuke newsletter to raise awareness of the user group.

User Group link: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/UserGroupProgram/tabid/1074/Default.aspx

If you need any help or more information on organizing user groups you can contact leigh dot pointer at dotnetnuke.com.

Hi Nik,

Thanks for making me realize that i was inviting people without even creating a 'User-Group'... brilliant as usual

Ok so now we have this new User-Group called "Grand Central" for DNN users located in Bhopal & Indore (it says so in writing, but hey everybody is invited).

Come ... throng it !!!!!
