How do I go about using the built in dropdown boxes DNN has for the country and state/region?  I have not been able to find any info on how they are used, if they are dnn control I reference or what.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  What I have is a page where a user enters some demographic info and I don't want to have to redevelop the wheel again with the country and state dropdown's.

Take a look at the "Lists" table.  There aren't built-in dropdown boxes, but there are built-in lists that can be used to populate dropdown boxes.
