I Am a visual basic developer. In a module that I am creating I would want to insert of the code that allows the module automatically to insert new properties to the profile when the module is uploaded on the portal or at the moment of the first one uses . how I can make? thanks

if you are talking about the user profile, AFAIK this has been created with extensibility in mind, check out the Blog from Charles Nurse and his web site www.dnndevzone.com (see library link at top right).

I do not want to create a new property edit control but to create a new profile property and to add it to the profile of the users of the portal when the module come uploaded on the portal. I have need that is to make for means of the code which normally is made with the UI.
