Hi

I am trying to publish my new mod - i use VS2005 - and i find 2 .dll:s with my modules name in it in the bin folder.

Ive added them in the .dnn file but i get this error below... Can it be an path problem?

Could not load the assembly 'App_Web_viewksim.ascx.e8aa4343'. Make sure that it is compiled before accessing the page.

Regards

Are you using WSP or WAP module approach? Which template or tutorial did you follow?

hi Sebastian

I have followed the adefwebserver.com tutorial.

Any ideas on this?

I have the same issue.  Using dnn 4.9, vs2008, DNN Compiled Module Template in WAP.  It builds and runs fine inside the development dnn install.  After creating the PA per www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNN_PackageModule/Default.htm, it installs successfully and once added to the page, it shows the error.

Thanks,

Theo

If you are using the WAP approach you do not need to use the method described in the www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNN_PackageModule/Default.htm tutorial.
