Though this may sound like heresy in the church at times even a great tool is not the best tool,

We have come across a need to redesign an application that was built using the DNN framework to which was added the app business logic via the numerous controls that are added to the module. The app uses a number of object datasources with stored procedures which I would hope are not intertwined with DNN issues.

We want to remove the dnn framework from the application and maintain the businees logic .

Is this feasible or is a application rewrite more reasonable approach?

thanks for any response from those who have similarly sinned, ie , had the need to deDNN a DNN application.
