I have a request to added menu item usage within my dnn 5 installation.  Basically, I want to record the menu item in a database along with the userID who clicked it and a datetime stamp.  We're using the out-of-box solpart menu.  First off, does anyone know if this tracking is already occuring and I just don't know about it?

If not, how can I gain access to a menu item clicked event to perform this action?  Can it be done without changing the core?  Any help is greatly appreciated!
