Hey,

i want to upload a SQL file into my portal. I use the FileUpload control. But after klicken on the Button to get the File, my FileReader is empty and i get a exception. So how can i upload things into DNN ? When i was working on ASP.NET Project this worked fine for me :

if (FileUpload1.HasFile)

try

{

fileImport = new FileImport.CFileImport(FileUpload1.PostedFile.InputStream);

}

Under Dnn, my If Case is always "false".

Thanks for your help :D

 If you have ajax enabled you'll need to find a way to disable ajax when you are trying to upload a file.

When you use ajax, you must force postback on the button you want to upload a file

if (ScriptManager.GetCurrent(Page) != null)
  ScriptManager.GetCurrent(Page).RegisterPostBackControl(ButtonUpload);
