It doesn't appear that the TabCollection class serializes correctly (or maybe it's during deserialization).  Probably works fine for most people using the default caching.  But we've got a custom caching provider that uses Memcached.  The tab info dictionary is in the cache, but "AsList()" returns nothing.  This is probably because "list" and "children" are private members in the TabCollection class and never get initialized or populated when the object is read out of the cache.  The following constructor is called:

'Required for Serialization
Public Sub New(ByVal info As SerializationInfo, ByVal context As StreamingContext)
MyBase.New(info, context)
End Sub

Is this constructor needed?  If so maybe the class needs a GetObjectData() method?  Any help on this is appreciated.

Thanks, Michael

I do believe I heard the treeview control isn't working in 5, can't say where I've seen that though.
