Hi All

I have build a new module from the c# template you get by installing http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=36408#DownloadId=94481

And following the text in Professional DotNetNuke 5 Open Source Web Application Framework for ASP.NET Book Chapter 12.

I have runned the 01.00.00.SqlDataProvider

Added the modul by runing the .dnn file

I can see the module in the module menu, but when i try to add the module to a page notthing happes. I have looked in the event log but notthing is written in it.

I'm running the laste version of dnn installed from web Microsoft Web Platform Installer, on Windows 7

Any ideers?

It Might be because you havn't left the Control key for the Default Module as Blank.

for this Go to Host->ModuleDefination->YourModulename->under your Module Controls Check out Your First Controls it's Control Key should be Blank.

Hope this resolves your Issue.
