I am developing a custom module on DNN 5.x.x and have it working and almost ready to package.  It has been a while since I did this so I have a minor question.

I have all my DB tables created as well as my stored procs etc, but I have a recolection about needing to make some sort of script to make the appropriate changes to the DB during installation of the module.  I don't remember where or how to do this. In particular, I already have the DB entities created in my development environment and want to make them in the production one when the module gets installed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Paul, you may use Sql server management studio with right click on any object you created to create an appropriate script.

you will, however, need to modify the script, to use placeholders {databaseOwner} and {objectQualifier} (take care of capitalisation!), remove unnecessary prologues and add defensive code, e.g. if exists (sproc) than delete .. create Procedure...

Make sure to test the script before delivering your module,
