It appears that there are circular Project references between the DotNetNuke Project and the HTTPModules Project.

The UserControls in Website/DesktopModules/Admin/HostSettings modules (RequestFilters.ascx.vb) has references to HTTPModules (RequestFilterRule) and the HTTPModules project has various references to DotNetNuke.
Can someone verify that I am correct. How do I fix this? Should I break the Admin modules into a separate project?
Has anyone successfully converted the DNN 5 Core (Website and Library) from a WSP project a WAP Project?
