How cold I do a suggestion about URLControl?

My point is that I've made a change here in my project on Dotnetnuke.Library.

When I use url control from DNN, to set an External URL or get from an internal page, it's impossible to reset this field.
The functionality of my module is to add an content and after click in update button I've tried to clean the form, but every time my url control stay with the url setted, like http://www.dotnetnuke.com.

So I've made a change on DotNetNuke.Library on UI.UserControls -> URLControl.vb line 749. I've taked off the if and always setting (txtUrl.Text = _Url)
And fixed my problem.
