Hello,

Thank you for everyone who helped me with the Issue I ave posted earlier about the Profile options. I fixed by redoing the DNN installation.  Now I have another weird problem with another one of my sites. When I click on Admin >> Extensions , I am not seeing the installed extensions. It happened after I have installed Chat Extension for my site. Since the Installed Extension was not working properly, I went on to try uninstalling the Extension. But I could not see the Extensions page at all. Now I am left with a site where I am not able to manage the extensions installed in it. Please see the screenshot attached.

I checked on the Portal logs to find out what could be the reason for the problem. I got the following log message in it.

Could someone help me out to fix this thing? I would like to remove the chat extensions and see if I re-installation of the chat extension helps. Thank you so much for anyone who can help me out.

Thanks and Regards,
Srinath SM

Hello,
We are unable to check it as we are not able to load the extensions page at all. The site is "all4jds.com". In the home page you can see the Chat menu where you can open the chat page. I am not sure about the type of Chat module installed. I will check the folders and update you..

Thanks for your help.

Thanks and Regards,
Srinath SM
