I have a custom authentication provider which I built for LinkedIn. On logoff, when the Logoff button is clicked on the UI, all goes as expected. The authentication token is set to null and the provider specific token "LinkedInUserToken" is cleared. However when the user login times out, say after 20 mins, the user is logged out on next page load but the authentication token remains "LinkedIn" and the "LinkedInUserToken" does not get cleared.

What's more, the providers such as Facebook do not face this issue. I am thinking I can find the answer in the logic that logs out the user after a cookie timout but after much searching through the code on Git, I can not find it. Could someone please point me to a repository link? or have any other information on why my provider might be facing the above issue please let me know.
