Yay... Take Me to the Community!

Welcome to the DNN Community Forums, your preferred source of online community support for all things related to DNN.

About this forum
This forum is for discussing DNN’s Skinning Framework with the community.
More specifically, how the skinning process can be improved, and what potential enhancements there might be for this very flexible and successful framework. There are already many great ideas brewing in the skinning team and we hope this forum will give us feedback and greater visibility of community suggestions and ideas. It is less about what we have now, and more about what we would like to have in future!

"Make it Hot" Forum

The "Make it hot" skinning forum will remain to be the place for practical skinning questions.
(And will move then there if posted here)

About the skinning team

Our team is a little different from most DNN teams, because skinning is not a separate module.
Skinning is a tightly integrated part of the core framework. This means that any proposals for change can have broader implications than if it were a module. These might affect security, performance, and compatibility with existing installations.
