Hello,

I have the skin.css file in my Skin directory, but when the skin loads in DNN, it does not include that file. Everything I have read says that DNN is supposed to just automatically include the skin.css file, but it's not doing it.

In fact, the only CSS file reference I see on the page is:

<link href="/DependencyHandler.axd/663c8a9ac6672d45c9f22bfa023aca12.121.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet"/>

and when I search through that output, the content of my skin.css file is not in there. Am I missing something simple here? I looked through the Dark Knight as the example, and I see the direct reference to skin.css for that skin, so why won't DNN load mine?

Thanks!

You might need to go to the HOST/HOST SETTINGS page and tel the client dependency framework to increment versions so that it includes your file.

For debugging purposes you might need to disable the framework so that all CSS files are rendered as normal until you track down the issue.

Thanks, Chris, that indeed fixed the problem to increment the version.

I was hoping that it would take care of my jQuery-UI CSS problem also, but it didn't. You can see more info on what I'm experiencing here:
