Greetings,
I've read a few things here about documents not downloading correctly but nothing about images. I've tried doing what's been discussed and I'm still having my problem. Details as follows:
DNNv 04.04.00, Docs Module v03.01.06, IE v7, WebHost www.edthosting.com
Problem--I can upload a file and all is good in that it shows up in the list as expected but when I click on the file name I get the little "x" icon indicating an invalid image file. When I click on the download link I get the regular open/save option dialog. When I save the file and try to open it in GIMP I get some errors saying that there are 54 extra bytes at the beginning and the "Hufman table definition" is "bogus". The file can not be opened in anything I've tried.
What I've tried so far to resolve this--I've removed the files from the module and re-uploaded. I've removed them, uninstalled the module, reinstalled the module, and re-uploaded the files. I've disabled the compression and whitespace deals in the host settings.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Oh, by the way, the reason I'm using the Documents Module and not the Repository Module is that I tried this with the repository module first and the same thing happened. I thought maybe it was something with the RM so I switched over to the DM to check, but it's happening here, too.
