Excuse my english, I am french native speaker (feel free to change the title). I am not sure that this a bug, that's why I do not register it into Gemini. Please let me know.
I have tested this on DNN 4.4.1 and Document 03.01.06. For information, I have tested this on 3 differents DNN installation (4.4.1 all). Same behavior.

Here is the behavior I have:
1- Drop a DOCUMENT module in the content pane (bottom-left) of a page (I will call this page PAGE1)
2- On another page, called for example PAGE2, "copy" the module (using control panel, add existing module / select the page and module DOCUMENT) ==> place it into the left pane.
3- Go back into PAGE1 and you will see that your module has been re-positionned in the LEFT PANE !!
4- Try to move it into Content pane (on PAGE1) ==> does not work
5- Go into PAGE2 and see... the module has been moved to Content Pane !!
6- Go back to PAGE1 and delete the module... ==> it is not deleted !!!
7- Go back into PAGE2, the module is not here anymore...
8- Go back into PAGE1 and try deleting the module... ==> Nothing happening...
The only way I was able to delete this module was to 'add a new module' to the page (and then you can delete it - by the way, as soon as you add the new module, the old one is moved to content pane...).

Weird, isn't it ? Could you please tell me if you can reproduce this ? (even if I am 100% sure since I tested it on 3 different installation).

Suggest you re-post this in "Lets talk about it", as panes/positioning is part of the core, not the documents module.
