I have several documents in seperate libraries & i had to allow .mp3 to the file extension list. So i added that extension, and since i cannot download any files larger than 15mb. It will stop just before 15mb and freeze.  Here is my error log. Experts please advise...

Have you tried wrapping him in a warm blanket?

Check your WebConfig for the size of "maxRequestLength" - may be the cause but not certain...

maxRequest length is already at 55MB so thats not the issue. Is there another solution?

It looks like the users connection is closing the connection, a timeout on the users browser...

I don't think its a timeout issue because i am downloading at 600k /second externally. It will always stop just before 15mb, and it only takes a couple seconds to get to that point. Its not timing out the 20min session or anything.
