Hi Currently we are working on a project to improve a companies intranet using DNN. One of the issues which we have found is that users of the system would want to be able to add quick links to documents onto there front page which would save them the task of using the search function or looking through the mass of menus. My question is: is it possible to either create a module which would be able to handle users theoretically entering the file path and then having the link present on the front page or is there a module already out there which could handle this requirement? Thanks

If the files have been uploaded with the documents module, or via any standard DNN file upload, you can then use the "links" module to allow them to select items for display on another page.

You can do this by creating a custom module.

This example will help.
