We use the documents module to allow non technical people such as the HR manager to upload documents, but to make control and housekeeping easier we would like to use a separate sub folder on the server for each document module.  I can implement some level of control using the file manager to control which folders the user can have edit access to, but this won't work for users with access to multiple document modules.
