Using the latest Document module. Document module shows the correct size for the XLS file. But when I say to Open it Excel starts but does not display the sheet. Same thing if I download it first. PDFs work fine.

there might be an issue with XLS registration on your client machine, did you try it on a second one?

Excel is registered but I am running Windows 7 and Office 2007. File opens fine on a PC with XP. Under Windows 7, Excel starts and even displays the name of the file but the viewing window is blank. Very odd.
