I just upgraded to DNN 5.6.1 from 5.6.0 and the old documents module was still working. Then I upgraded it to 4.1.1 and got this error:

Any idea why this version is giving these errors?

did you try restarting the application, e.g. by using the link in Host Settings?

Yes, I tried that just now. The extension install restarted the application, then I manually restarted the application through Host Settings. Same result.

in this case, there seems to be an issue, which needs to be traced down. please log it into the tracker at dnndocuments.codeplex.com, thank you.
