Just built a new v05.06.02 DNN installation (05.06.01 upgraded to 05.06.02). Added Documents 04.01.01 and when I try to add a Documents module to a page, it crashes with:

Error: Documents is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Documents.Document.LoadPagingSettings() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Documents.Document.BindData() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Documents.Document.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any ideas? This error is within the module itself - the rest of the site appears to work. The only other change made to the default is the installation of the Morpheus skins & containers.

Cheers, Rob.

PS. I noticed that it said "Need VS 2010 for development" - is there possibly another pre-requisite I've missed?

Cheers, Rob.

The older version 04.01.00 works okay so I've got a workaround for now.

Cheers, Rob.

Has this issue been resolved? Just added the module to my DNN installation and it too crashes. I'm using DNN 5.06.02.

Hmm, went to Extensions and saw Documents in there so checked it, then clicked Install selected extensions. it seems to have done the trick. For now.
