Get a Page Not Found error trying to click the link for the filename (opposed to the "Download" link, which works fine).

Other file extensions (well, the only one I've tried so far is .ZIP) work from both links.

Problem resolved:  this is an IIS6 issue relative to an unsupported MIME type (.rdp).  Adding the MIME type to the webserver allows the file to be downloaded using the URL.

There is a MS Knowledgebase article with details.
