To reproduce:
1. Create a Secure File System Folder
2. Add several files to this folder, and give a few different user roles permissions to view the folder
3. Try to add a link to the second or third document in the folder using RadEditor.  It always defaults to a linkclick to the first document in the secure folder.

This issue does not seem to be fixed in 5.5, but it's pretty significant in my opinion.... especially if DNN wants to increase use of RadEditor.

As a work around, I was able to create a seperate secure folder for each document I needed to link. Since there is only a single document in the folder the link worked and I was able to link to multiple documents within the text module.

Although this is a horrible work-around, I hope this helps someone. (and I hope this gets fixed soon)

Bump!!! Do you know if that has been fixed, or if there is a fix/workaround?

Would be nice if someone from DNN could provide some insight into this issue. If it is a Telerik issue how about pointing us in the direction of a fix?

This thread was started almost a year ago on a 5.5 beta. AFAIK it was found and fixed in one of the 5.6 releases.

If you are having a similar issue with 6.0 beta 2, please log it with detailed steps to reproduce in Gemini at support.dotnetnuke.com .
