Steps:

Create a new login page - MY LOGIN
-> add Account login module put it in center pane
-> add a separate html module and put it in left pane   -- put some text in here
-> add a separate html module and put it in right page -- put an image or some such in here
Open Admin and assign login page to MY LOGIN created above.
Log out
Click on login skin object
-> login popup fires and attempts to display the MY LOGIN page

But instead of displaying a page with the layout as expected - text on left side - login in middle and an image on the right.
Instead what is rendered is the TEXT only from the HTML module on top - with no container
the login module - with no container - below this
then the other HTML - with no container - below this.

Maybe we need to have the ability to more selectively control when popups are used in situations like this.

The same goes for the registration module - - as such any skin object that calls popups should maybe have a nopopup property.

Ok did some more digging  - and it turns out there is a popup skin layout - but by default it only has the contentpane included in its layout.
Adding the other panes fixes the layout problem - however - it does raise other separate questions.

The lack of any container does mean that the layout looks a little challenged
 - though I guess a good popUpSkin.ascx could go some way to fixing this.

But = In the minimalentropy skin the layout for the three main panes is described using a table.
If we were using a pure css layout with no tables - how would the markup be rendered.

Also - is there a corresponding popup css to control the appearance of the skin or is the plan for us to just add the new ui-dialog elements to own main skin.

Given that the popup is being rendered as an iframe it would seem ideal for there to be a popUpSkin.css  - but i cant see any demonstration of such at this stage ???
