I just installed the latest beta, logged in as admin to portal, removed existing modules from the home page. Tried to add an existing module and the modules list is empty. Why? Page drop down doesn't have Home as an entry. 'Title' textbox is disabled. I am not sure what that textbox is for.
'Module' dropdown under Module location is empty and disabled. What's that used for?

Right now I can't move forward with this.

You have to go in your host setting and set the control panel to icon bar. What you are experiencing is because of Ribbon Bar.

You have to select "new module" or select another page with an existing module.  I dont think you can add an existing module from the same page.
