When I use SourceTree to push my local commits of bug fixes of DNNPlatform to my GitHub Origin, I always get an error message:
error: cannot spawn git: No such file or directory

When I use the shell command withing sourcetree, I can push my changes without problem:
--git push origin branchLocal:branchOrigin

Anybody a suggestion what to do? I googled for answers but have not been able to solve it.

I've never seen that issue - a bit of googling suggested it might be spaces/quotes in particular environment variables - see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15... for some suggestions

I did a lot of Googling before asking the question, but did not find the asnwer, but I have found it now by comparing my way of working with a colleague in great detail.

When doing a Push (local to my GitHub origin), I have to unselect "Push all tags" at the left bottom of the push window. I think the https push has some problems with All tags (very large # of tags) selected.
