Dotnetnuke basically use sql server/express. How to use with oracle and how to connect with AcuitiDP? Please provide the necessary steps for using AcuitiDP oracle provider for latest Dotnetnuke versions(i.e 5.1.1.,  5.1.2.,  5.2.0).

There are several third party modules that will accept Connection Strings so they can "talk" other databases. 

For example, the Core Reports module will do this. Also checkout SQLGridSelectedView and SQLView  These modules are primarily for reporting data.  If you need to update data, you will probably need to develop a specific module -- or possible there are some already available.
