Fortunately i have the same solution running at home.

Unfortunately it's only you who knows the FQDN.

OK, here is how i did it:

- DNN is running on my Windows-Server
- on my DSL-Router i enabled Portforwarding for Port 80 pointing to my server
- i have a registered FQDN e.g. at DynDNS or DynAccess, which automatically binds the public IP of my Router to the "static" Domainname
- add the registered (ordered by yourself) Domainname as a Portal-Alias

That's it.

Only difference which could be is when you're talking about your company when you talk abou "we", than you must ask your Network-Admin to open port 80 in the firewall and point it to your server. Additionally you might order and register a real Domain which points to your static company ip.
