Is there any module available which provides some kind of contact formular (like the feedback module) with the possibility to upload files?

I'm searching for a way how my portal visitors can send me files along with contact / feedback messages...

Hi Chris,

Just in case a commercial product is suitable for your circumstance (ie. you do not mind paying for a solution), check out Data Springs. They have a module called Dynamic Forms, which is a very powerful module for form creation and firing events such as updating the database via SQL commands, inserting database records, updating database records, creating PDF documents, sending emails etc... The product also has the ability to add many field types including file attachments.

It might be worth a look if you can not mould one of the standard DNN modules to perform how you would like?
