In my website I want a little News-section.
Using html, I can build it myself, but probably there are way more extended beautiful modules for it on the internet. However, I don't know where to find them.
In this particular case, I'd like to have the module for free, as it's a very basic subject. However, I do want to know for sure that it's a reliable module.

For other more complex features of my website, I'm more than willing to pay. Same question though, where can I find them? Is Snowcovered my only option? Most of the time, Snowcovered offers way to much for what I need.

you may use announcements module or create your customized version using Form And List module, both are included with DNN and can be installed in Host :: Extensions, using "install available extensions" from the action menu. There is a very good news module from www.ventrian.com - not free but the modules are definately worth the money

Cheers from Germany,
