I have this form http://www.zabatt.com/Employment.aspx for which any text area I have set as HTML Editor, if you are logged in to the site it works fine, but if you are anonymous you get a plain text area, how do I fix this? I have searched everywhere

Thanks

It appears from the source of the live page containing this form that you are using the core Form and List module to generate the form. This module (I believe rightly so for security reasons) forces anonymous users to use the basic (text area) editor rather than the rich text editor.

please go to module settings and check at the far bottom, whether "enhanced security" is checked.
