Hi, I have bought the BuyNowButton_02.00.00_Install because PayPal will not work on my website (try it - www.beelzebubble.com/ChocolateRocket/CDsforsale.aspx).

However, I have no idea how to install this button that I bought from Snow Covered - they won't help and have referred me here.

Note that though I can use computers no problem, this level of installing something onto my website is beyond me, so please provide a step by step in very plain English. Myemail is herald@rock.com if you wish to email.

many thanks Frank Leen

Modules are installed via the HOST/Extensions page, you need to login as the Host or super user account, and then upload the ZIP file that you purchased.

I would also encourage you to take a look at our training options here

Hi and thaks for you quik reply. However, I went to the extensions page and now what? There's nohting obvious I can find. Can you please provide a step by step (ie, click this, now click that) instruction so the buy now button can appear on the my page. I'm not at technician level but a normal user trying to set up a simple website.

From the Host/Extensions page you need to go to the ACTIONS menu (the little triangle next to the word EXTENSIONS near the top of the page)

Mouse over the actions icon, that should bring up an actions menu.

Choose the Install Extension Wizard, and then walk through the wizard uploading your module.

To be honest though, if you haven't installed a module before you would be best off going through some of our free training videos. Before you upload or uninstall modules you should backup your website and database.
