The problem is that some areas of the site/CMS aren’t serving up 404 responses for invalid URLs, and this is creating a duplicate content issue in Google.

Some parts of the CMS do serve up a 404 and some don’t.

I’m not DNN expert but my gut feeling was that if the client switches off 404 handling in the dot nuke framework and delegates the work to IIS, then the problem will go away.
