Where does DNN store a website's source files (i.e. *.aspx, *.html, etc.)?  My installation has become corrupted, and I'd like to backup my source files to another directory outside of DNN while reinstalling the DNN software.  Basically, I want to go into Windows Explorer, copy the files, and paste them into another directory.

It all depends on where you actualy installed those files. How did you install it ? Is it on your local machine or on a server?

A few places I might think would be in:

c:\inetpub\wwwroot

c:\inetpub\vhost\somedomainname.com\httpdocs

But in reality, it can be anywhere. If you right click on your website in IIS and click on explore, you should get to the right place.

BUT, if you want to backup your installation, be aware that not everything is only on those files, you also want to backup the database used.

What do you mean by "My installation has become corrupted" do you get any specific error message?

please be aware, that the aspx names in your browser url are not physical pages, they are generated on the fly based on the DNN framework code, uploaded files and database content. Some issues may be fixed by re-unzipping DNN upgrade package into the DNN installation directory, but sorting out messed database content is much more difficult.
