Hi, Iam new to Dotnetnuke.com & hoping to get some one to take my PSD. file and turn it into a DNN skin. Iam going to be selling my GFX design on snowcovered.com so ill need to have full copy rights. This is my dream job and hoping everything will work out great for me. I no that its going to cost me, i really don't have that much money but if i have to, to get my dream job a reality i my have to.

This template that i great is a clan gaming layout.  its about 98% done so ill be done with this template this week so for right now i need prices or website that can code PSD. files. thanks for ready and hope to make my dream job come true. thanks for ready

My conversion rate are euro 300 a skins and Ricks is about the same. If that is too steep for you if You can show the layout I can do it for Snowcovered percentage if I realy liek the skin and think it will sell.

 I would like to do the snowcovered percentage, i was going to get some one to code it and place it on snowcovered.com for sell. Lets get together and talk. I will show you my template and see if you think ill sell. I think it will and i think you will love it.

If you are keen on making a business of developing skins - I would suggest you spend some time a learn basic HTML and CSS style sheeting.

Ultimately DNN skins are really just a basic html layout with some unique codes that describe where elements are placed
and an understanding of how CSS controls the final visual appearance.   

I would make one other comment - talk to anyone you are looking to contract about ensuring that the skins are HTML5 / XHTML Strict compliant and based on CSS layout and NOT table based layout - this will ensure future compatibility.
