I start building my first website with DNN, it is on W2k8 R2 and SQL on the same server, while I can manage and view this wensite when you using local IE http://localhost I cannot see it when trying to access from remote PC on the same subnet using http://<ip_address>/dotnetnuke I get message  "404 - File or directory not found"



at the same time I create manually website on the same server and have no problem accesing it from another PC and I can access default IIS page using IP what I'm doing wrong?



Also, before I decided to post here I tried to do search for this error on this formu and guess what? I get same "404 - File or directory not found" message :-)

can you see your website using, http://<ip_address>?

I can see the full site by using the IP address, but getting the 404.  Someone talked about making sure that asp.net was enabled in IIS7.  How to make sure it is?
