I am still new to DNN, and so far I like what I see!

Before I do a lot with changing the skin for my site, I'd like to simply change the colors to reflect my personal taste.  I'd like to make the red that the minimal entropy skin uses for highlights, menus, etc. to blue.

Is there a simple way to do this?

HI Jim

A skins styles are set by values in various .css files.
The simple way to see what style affects which element and on which .css file is:

Open FireFox.
Go to http://chrispederick.com/work/web-developer/ and download the indispensable Web Developer Tools plug-in and install.
In the new Dev Tools menu bar select CSS "View style information".
Now when you click on any element of a page a window will open and show you the style sheet info down to the line number.

Open an FTP view of your site. Find and download the right .css file.
Edit in a text editor like notepad or Crimson. Save and see the changes.

This should get you started.

Ian
