Hi There,

I have copied the DNN folder from my server onto my desktop and opened a new module that i have created and then added some code and design and then complied it and when i login again and to to the page where i have put my module i see the below error

Iam using DNN version 05.06.00 (459)

Error: Hello is currently unavailable.

Have you checked to see if your file actually exists in the path in the error message?

Yes it exists in the path mentioned in the error..
Now i have one more question..
How to ZIp a custom DNN module so that we can install that on any  other DNN website..
I have developed that under DESKTOP MODULES folder of a website and now i want to ZIP that so that it can be installed on other DNN website that we use..


Apprecaite your help..

Well you apparently haven't solved your first problem, but you want to move on to another topic?

I would suggest you take a look at the Module Development wiki http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/W... it covers all of the basics that you are missing.

Well somehow i resolved that..The next issue is how to ZIP the newly created module.I tried to zip that and while uploading on my website it gives me only tp otions Skin and Container ,but no Module option.I guess the reason for this is .dnn file is missing inmy zipped folder,and i dont know how to create .dnn file..Please help me..
