I am hoping that DNN has a form module to create a form, like the Quick Quote form on the website http://www.paperjetprint.co.za/

On the right of the home page is the Quick Quote form and when a selection is made of a product other options come into view.

Or else another option for me would be on a website http://www.hippoprint.co.uk/ where mini forms give options and display the price and then from there ordering can be done. Is this possible with the Community version or seperate modules? I have tried all morning to search for a module to do this.

thanks Sebastian for advertising http://helferleinform.codeplex.com (without the "s" ;-)) - the only problem is that it does not support dynamic depending lists, and AFAIK Form & List does not, too.

In this case, I think you have to either look at one of the more expensive payware on Snowcovered, or get a custom module developed for you.
