Hi All,

After uploading  a skin , the Admin and Host Items on the Menu are inactive.  What should I do to resolve this issue?

May I ask which version of DNN are you using?

Thank you Eileen,

I used Artisteer to create the skin so the DNN version was 6 but when exporting the skin I made a mistake by selecting DNN version 5. After uploading the skin with DNN version 5, the menu items were inactive.
