Hi there, pretty new to dotnetnuke, and I'm developing my first site. I'm almost done, i've created my own skin and containers, but i have one more thing to implement before i start deployment.  I know its possible to add icons to the solpart menu, but is there a way to make the icon clickable so that it launches a popup or at the very least redirects to a different page? The site I'm re-doing is here: http://deaflegal.org/index.php (not my design so don't judge)  If you notice each top menu item has an ASL link button that shows a video. This is key because it makes the site more accessible to deaf people, some of which may have problems reading.

Any help would be appreciated. let me know if you need any code. Everything I've done on the site is pretty standard.
