I'm just starting a new website for a local school. On the link below, you can see a .jpg with a "BG" logo followed by "Welcome to Bowling Green". I want to use this .jpg as a header, but it needs to be a good bit higher. How do I move the "Welcome to Bowling Green" .jpg higher - like a header?

This is not a dnn issue but the way you have used the software package used for the design.

Do you mean that you want the pirate above the header? (Outside the sheet area?)

If not when placing the BG image either make it the same size as your header area or use it as a header image and set the size to 'resize to image size'.

I finally got it where I wanted it by simply switching from Article to Block. That allowed the .jpg header to move up where I wanted it. Thanks for the help.
