Good Morning,

I interested if anyone has worked with DNN and know if there is a mechanism ( Outof the Box) to lock content updates.

This is the scenario, I have created a Page and  I have a 3 parragraphs of text.
1) I want to lock the 1st parragraph so that no one, execept a specific user (Role A ), has autority to change the content within that parragraph

2) I want to allow another user (Role B) to change content on parragraphnd 2 and 3

So if I create a page, a member of the accounting group can only edit the 2nd and 3rd parragaph but nothing else.

Is this possible with DNN outof the box?
Do I need to buy, build something to achieve that?

Thank you,

Hi, I would be inclined to have the first paragraph in one text/html module with edit permissions for role A and the second and third paragraphs in another text/html module with edit permissions for role B.
