Hi,

          May i know how to create a sample module in DotNetNuke6.01.02.Please help me it is very urgent for me.

Here's a Visual Studio module development template that's free. I've used it a few times and works well:

Another option is dnnbuilda. The tool is a windows client application. You point it to a table and dnnbuilda will generate a module for you.
